"2011 UCR Collections to Begin in October 2010"Article published on Thursday, September 16, 2010 Although the 2010 UCR fee collection did not begin until May 2010, the UCR board has already released a scheduled date for 2011 UCR fee collection. The UCR participating states will send out UCR renewal notices beginning October 15, 2010. The enforcement date for the 2011 UCR fees will be February 1, 2011.
